He has drafted and prosecuted several hundred patent applications for numerous clients across a broad range of technical fields and applications.

Philippe is the co-author of a leading reference work on intellectual property, published by Dunod in 2023.

At Bandpay & Greuter, Philippe handles all patent-related activities, from patent drafting and prosecution in France and abroad to patent infringement analyses, infringement seizures and freedom-to-operate studies. He also represents clients in opposition proceedings before the European Patent Office and the French Patent Office.

His main fields of technical expertise include mechanical engineering and construction, electrical and electronic engineering, hydraulics and pneumatics, embedded systems, the automotive, aeronautical and space industries, energy systems and connected devices.
